8 oz – frozen unsweetened strawberries (about 15 large berries)
1 3/4 cups – lowfat chocolate milk
1 tsp – granulated sugar
2 tsp – unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp – vanilla extract
Place frozen strawberries, chocolate milk, sugar, cocoa powder and vanilla in blender container.
Cover and blend on high speed until smooth but still thick, stopping occasionally to scrape down sides of container.
To serve, pour into glasses. Serve immediately.
