Tortilla chips, whole grain or corn
Red pepper, diced
Can of black beans, drained and rinsed
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Spread the chips into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Top the chips with red pepper, beans, and cheese.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
Top with avocado. Serve with salsa, plain Greek yogurt, and guacamole.
