Power Orange Smoothie

Ingredients:

2 cups – fat free or lowfat milk

1 – 6 oz can frozen orange juice concentrate

1/2 cup – sifted powdered sugar

1 tsp – vanilla extract

4 to 6 ice cubes

Instructions

In a blender combine milk, orange juice concentrate, powdered sugar and vanilla.

Cover and blend until smooth.

With the blender running, add ice cubes one at a time, through open lid; blend until smooth and frothy.

Pour into tall glasses; serve immediately.

Yields 1 quart. This shake can also be poured into freezer-pop containers for a dreamsicle snack.
