Shake up your morning with this tasty and quick muesil recipe!
2 cups rolled oats
1 1/2 tbsp. chia seeds
3 tbsp. sunflower seeds
3 tbsp. pumpkin seeds
In container, combine the first four ingredients.
Secure container with a lid. Shake the oats and seeds until mixed.
Scoop muesli soften and soak up the milk for 5-10 minutes.
Store unused muesli in a sealed container in the cupboard.
