2 cups whole milk *
1 cup premium chocolate ice cream *
4 tbsp. chocolate sauce
Whipped cream for garnish**
*Use more milk for a thinner shake, use more ice cream for a thicker shake.
**For a lighter version, use low-fat or fat-free milk, chocolate frozen yogurt, and skip the whipped cream.
- Put all the ingredients (except whipped cream) in blender.
- Blend until smooth and well mixed. Be sure not to over-blend.
- Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with whipped cream.
