½ Cup chia seeds
2 Cups milk
Pinch of salt
Toppings: Berries, maple syrup, and nut butter


Whisk together chia seeds, milk, and salt. Wait 5 minutes and whisk again.

Transfer to a mason jar. Seal and refrigerate overnight.

Pour into a bowl and add the toppings.
