Pumpkin Pie Smoothie


1 cup – ice cubes

1 cup – milk

2/3 cup – canned pumpkin puree (not pie filling)

2 tbsp – maple syrup or brown sugar

1 tsp – ground ginger

1/2 tsp – vanilla extract

Pinch of nutmeg


In a blender combine all ingredients.

Cover and blend until smooth.

Serve immediately. Enjoy!
